About Henrik Gruett

Henrik Gruett is a composer and music producer who weaves together minimalist, romantic, and electronic styles into a unique musical language. His distinctive voice emerges from blending these diverse influences into original works for film and orchestra, as well as writing and producing his own folk and pop music.

Born in Madison WI, Henrik began studying violin at age three. Later expanding to include French horn and several other instruments, Henrik’s musical journey has included performing with orchestras, symphonic bands, jazz ensembles, and worship bands throughout his life. His work in music production and mixing informs his compositional approach, where he often integrates experimental sounds and techniques to push musical boundaries.

Henrik is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Composition at Wheaton College in the Chicago area.
